BristolCon is an annual science fiction and fantasy event organized by the BristolCon Committee. The main aim of this event is to support and promote Science Fiction and Fantasy in the South West United Kingdom. This includes authors, artists and businesses. The Bristol Fantasy & SF Society created the convention in 2009. It has become a popular, fun and friendly addition to UK conventions. Each year, we host panel discussions, lectures, art shows, workshops, kaffeeklatsch, and other small group sessions. In the dealer's room, you can find books, comics, and merchandise. Authors will also be signing their books. The BristolCon Foundation will use the funds raised from this event to award grants to members of the community who request financial support or assistance.
